Landlord and Property Owner members become part of a cohesive team responsive to rental and property issues in the Headwaters area. Members are strongly encouraged to attend our three general meetings, which are held in January, April, and September.

Dues:

Annual membership dues for property owners and landlords are $50.00 - please use the form below to sign up for the HLA Property Owner Membership. Membership fees are due on July 1st.
